DO NOT APPLY FOR A MR PRICE ACCOUNT

I have been paying my account every month and I noticed after many months of paying the account that there was difference or all my payments where going no where, because every time I paid the balance would not decrease.

I complained about this and I was told that there VAS added to my account without my consent/that I did not apply for. I was told that it would take three months to cancel them because of the 90 days cancellation period, and the balance then was around R1400, but to date I have demanding letters from their legal department demanding R1933.93.

I regret opening an account with MR PRICE, their service is beyond terrible. I want warn anyone who wish to open an account with MR PRICE to look elsewhere or face HELL of TERRIBLE SERVICE.
