DO BETTER MRP AND STOP RIPPING ME OFF

On 09 July I was "told" by Deenashni Maharaj that I must ignore all sms's regarding my account, and that my account is not in arrears. On the 23 I received my statement, and so true as BOB, it showed my account is in arrears. I emailed ***, as I previously did when I received the same message, and uptil today, 01 August, no-one has gotten back to me. I emailed them all communication between myself and Deenashni, POP,etc, but still no response from Mr Price. I paid my installment as per the request, but how the hell do I only have R24.66 to spend. I understand that there are account charges, which adds upto R43.88 month If yoi deduct that from my installment, I am pretty sure I should have more that R24.66 to spend, not that I want to purchase again from them or have an account with them. After this mess has been sorted, and paid my balance, I am closing this account, as YOUR SERVICE SUCKS MR PRICE. I only have this account for about 2 months and already they ripping me off, imagine what they doing to people who have their accpunts longer and don't take note of what is happening on the account.
