Distasteful Attitude and service!

The service I have received from Mr price has been nothing but distasteful. I placed an order online and asked that it be shipped in Mr Price Rockland Bloemfontein, to my surprise I get an email saying the order is in Krugersdorp.

I lodged a query on their WhatsApp line and was told it will take 1-2 weeks for a refund. It has been 2 weeks now and I haven't received anything. I went on to call and I got a consultant who was just so rude to me and hung up on me. I contacted them using their Whatsapp line again. Still my query is not resolved. I am being told to wait another 1-2 weeks AGAIN for my order to be collected at the store.

Are they kidding me?
