dissipointing service

I just brought my wife from Hospital see hath a C section with labour and could not do anything self.Too much pain when its cold outside and been in need of pants and shoes for work purpose although we are buying always from these shops.I hath to go and want to also present my wife's ID becsuse she could not get ou the car plus its raining i always pay the account.Was so disipointing they refused to assist.Im done we will probably close the account.
