Dissatisfied with Mr Price

I'm completely dissatisfied with the service I have received at Mr price. I made a lay-buy with them, when I went to make my final payment and collect my clothes they couldn't find my package. I waited while they searched for an hour, only for them to tell me my package can't be found. I then had to cancel my lay-buy and buy things cash that I didn't want, because they didn't have the items I wanted in stock anymore

I'll never shop at Mr Price again extremely bad customer
