DISSATISFIED

On Sunday the 21/01/2024, we visited Mr Price in Clearwater mall and upon paying we presented a voucher to the cashier [which is still valid BTW]; was told that the voucher does not work/not acceptable and they need to make a call and that doesn't guarantee a solution . HOW IS IT THAT EVEN POSSIBLE? - IT IS STILL VALID AND CLEARLY STATES THAT IT CAN BE USED WITH IN THE MR PRICE GROUP [MR PRICE, MR PRICE HOME, MR PRICE SPORT] INCLUDING SHEET STREET AND MILADYS. Please make it make sense
