Dissatisfied customer- Mr Price Galleria Mall

I went to Mr Price Galleria Mall yesterday evening and well let’s just say it wasn’t the experience I was hoping for. I was waiting in the queue to pay, bear in mind that I was the only one in the queue, and another customer being helped at the till at that time. There was about 4-5 staff members behind the tills but nobody called to assist infact they just looked at me and ignored me. Despite this, I waited for the one cashier. When he was done, I walked to him to help me, I even greet him however he completely ignores me and calls to assist another lady from the side. Without even acknowledging me in front of him, Or even telling me to please wait or anything of that sort! I mean it was like I was completely INVISIBLE!!! This is no way to treat a customer. Further more, when I brought it to his attention, he starts speaking in Zulu amongst the other colleagues about me, shouting and clicking his tongue. That’s absolutely unacceptable behaviour. He did not even apologise for his pathetic behaviour. I was told his name was Thembelani. I was eventually called to be assisted by another cashier, but still with poor service. Not one friendly face. They were all just laughing and mocking the situation in Zulu, the lady supervisor was even there and didn’t even try to intervene. I am a frequent shopper at all the Mr price outlets and I’m very disappointed with the service I received at Galleria Mr Price.
