Dissatisfied customer and poor quality of products

Attention to whom it may concern I have been to ur branch on three occassions to purchase ankle weights. I had to return two that I have bought based on the poor quality on the item and it keep breaking. I then have to deal with the rudeness of your staff and they are totally unprofessional bunch that I had delt with,to a point they made an accusation that I am breaking the weights. The last one I purchased I used for the first time yesterday and it broke so badly. I do not wish to purchase this item again as the quality has proven three times over that it's terrible I rather use the amount I purchased on this item on another product. Please can I get a manager to call me urgently as I do not feel comfortable at all coming into ur branch based on the terrible service I received wen going there and the accusation that were made. I could have gladly on the first attempt taken my refund and gone to another store the second time as well but I still tried the second time and still poor poor quality of the product by MR PRICE SPORT.
