Dissatisfied customer

Yesterday I went to Mnr Price at the Bayside Mall Branch, there was a white blouse I wanted to fit on, keep in mind they only had it in that one color. As I wanted to go fit said blouse on I was told I cannot fit it on as it is white, and it is not allowed to fit on any white item. My question was why not and a mother and her daughter also with white items also wanted to fit on the items, and was told it is policy cause the white items stains and can only be fit on if there is the same item but in a different color, unfortunately in my case they only had it in white and since when can you as a consumer and paying client not fit on an item that you want. Very disappointed in that branch and how it was dealt with. Why sell white items if your clients can't fit them on. And say that your branch manager will deduct from their pay if they allow clients to fit on white items.
