Dissatisfied

On the 30th of December 2023 I visited Mr Price Southgate to purchase a few stuff, I then made my way to the till, I made a payment using Apple Pay, the cashier then said the payment didn’t go through because the receipt wasn’t printed. But the funds left my account, We enquired with the store manger but not much help was given. I left the merchant st the store but I still have a transaction of R491,76 thst let my Acc.
