Dissatisfied

I am ****ed off!!!! My statement said my installment is R180 then I only got paid the 7th which my due date for payment says the 6th anyhow I decide okay I am going to the mall the 10th I'll pay in store I received a message on the 8th saying payment overdue by 350?excuse me that's double my installment and being late by 2 days seriously? You guys need to chill alot of people get paid late during covid and some people rely on grant that only gets paid the 7th of every month this is disgusting so on the 8th i rather did a eft payment yesterday I received a message saying R170 still outstanding make an immediate payment to avoid arrears I'm sorry but I am not doing a double payment my next installment isn't even due until next month yall needto chill and fix this cause now on my statement it's still showing R350 outstanding if my name gets ruined you will hear from me.... Also everytime I phone your consultants are always busy ffs..
