Dissatisfied 😒

I am absolutely disappointed with the service at one of their stores, the store in particular being MR PRICE Park Central. We cannot get any of our online orders because the store chose to be petty and not operate, while every other store is in operation despite the fact that there is no electricity in the city. The city has been without electricity for about 3 weeks, and you're telling me that they'll still choose not to operate because they don't have power?? One if their outlets at Park Station is and was operational even when they did not have power. What is making them so special that we cannot be offered the services we require from the store? I am highly disappointed at such a big group behaving like a baby...
