DISSAPOITED AND ANNOYED

I Called Mr Price 3 months before I went to martenity leave to inform them that I can no longer meet the agreed agreement payment of my life account and I would like to make another arrangement as I will not be getting paid during that period the guy I spoke to asked me to hold on the line while he asks his manager,he then came back and said sorry mam we can't help you.a few weeks towards my leave i called again the lady said she will put a note on the system but can't help.they have been calling every week informing me that my account is in arrears and I kept telling them the same thing.then they now said let's make an arrangement and I asked them why couldn't they do that when I called the first time?they could not answer we made the arrangement a day after paying the arranged funds they call again \when are you making your next payment?"again I tell thembim on maternity leave and I'm not getting paid I have no source of income they say they will put a note on the system again.a day later they call again ooh my word I explained again my situation.2weeks aft"""
