Dissapointing promise

I saw Mr Price flyer that says "get R200 off, on your first shop on account over R1000" this flyer made me to open Mr Price account on the 22 April 2024. On the 26 April I bought via the account for approximate R1135 as it was my first purchase but the R200 discount they promised was not deducted. I am unhappy about the false advertising Mr Price they make. My ID ***.cell ***. May Mr Price deduct the R200 they promised.this is my second review. I am so dissapointed
