Dissapointing order

Im very dissapointed in my online order i place on the 28 of Feb 2025 the reason why i ordered from mr price is because i used to order from lastyear and all my orders came quick in a weeks time this time i needed to order something for my son for his bday and his going on a trip mr price set due delivery date will be on the 4th of march i was so happy but when the 4th of March came my order was still on processing and than changed to shipped i am stressing my ass of as of i made this decision trusting them today is the 06th of march i received a email saying order is out for delivery befoe 5 pm i was so happy just to not receive any order and now my son is leaving tommorow morning early without his purchase im very unhappy and dont recommend ordering online anymore and looking at other peoples complains im fearing me even getting my order i also noticed last year they use Fastway to deliver now they are using a sky worldwide express maybe thats your problem please look after your custormers mr price as your staff on online whatsapp are also just useless always telling me about 4 - 7 days and they cant even call the delivery company for me thats ridiculous
