dissapointed parent

i purchased a few items online on the 23rd of October and was supposed to receive them on the 04th November and up to this day I have not received my order, I called client services and spoke to a lady called Courtney and she was supposed to help me resolve this but she is not getting back to me. it was my sons birthday party and he could not wear the outfit I bought for him I'm sooo hurt and disappointed. I have never received this type of service I have shopped for years online with Mr. price. order number is ***
