Dissapointed customer

I am disgusted in the service i received form Mr Price Vangate Mall and Promenade Mall. I bough a shirt in Promenade Mall but the shirt was too big. I went to exchange in Cape Town Golden Acre because i work in Town and it was easier for me to exchange there. I then got the right size but when i wanted to wear the shirt upon ironing i saw a factory fault in which it was double stitched. I then took it back to Vangate Mall and was told they could not assist me because they don't pick up the item. I went back to Promenade where i initially purchased the shirt and was told the shirt has been marked down and i did not have a slip only my slip on email. I had to take something else of the same price but had to pay in and extra R80. I am very angry as i did not buy the item on sale and paid the full price but i lost R80 in the process.
