Dissapointed

I am very dissapointed about the service I received from Mr Price Mapomya Mall, I put my order on te 11th of December 2021. Went there to collect my order on the 22nd December I was told my order its not there after receiveing a confirmation SMS that I can collect. On the 24 received another confirmation SMS that I can collect went there and this time was told the status of my order is returned, HOW? I was there to collect it and was told its there and now this, how is this even possible. I don't have my staff but I am billed on my account. The manager there said will make a follow and get back to me till this date still waiting for her call.
