Disrespectful Staff

We recently went to buy clothes at Mr Price, mall@reds. We had an argument with the floor staff about two different kinds of shirts that were put together, with a special price, however the prices were not clearly marked as to what shirt goes with what price. The staff through their hands up and simply walked away from us. The manager then approached the scene, and we had the same argument with him. He then separated the shirts, but would not give us the shirts we wanted for the special price that was advertised. We decided to leave when the staff started making remarks and laughing at us so we turned back to the manager regarding this, as he was stile standing there and also heard it. The staff that made the remarks quickly moved away and the manger just stood and watched. We did not receive any apology from the staff or the manager. I find this completely unacceptable as I am a regular, paying customer at Mr Price and have a Mr Price account. I have never been treated like that in a retail store!
