Disrespectful manager

Good day

I visited your Mr Price Weskus branch with my sister in-law today and what a disappointment.

First of all my sister in-law asked a lady about the long line and that she's only in-store to pay her account the lady which later we found out it's the Branch manager gave a disrespectful answer to say that there is nothing she can do about the long line. What I want to know is why is the branch manager (Jermaine) getting irritated with customers after there was only advice being given she gave a stunk attitude and this is not pleasing coming from management

We as customers expected better and not to be treated as we a problem or a nuisance

This is weak customer service and will not be tolerated What I would like is feedback on why this is the service we getting at the Weskus mall
