Disrespected customer

I have an unpleasant call from Mr price head office I was called by a lady name Sithembile she refuse to give me a full name, she wanted me to confirm my date of birth, I couldn't because there are so many ****mer out the and she called me with a cell phone number. She was so rude and obnoxious. ( I don't care about that) she asked me is everything OK at home, why will she involve my kids and family, my kids are off limit, am so hurt and disappointed. Am a loyal customer to Mr price group, I don't deserve this. Please listen to the call. Tell her my kids are off limit.
