DISRESPECT

I went to Mr price in Diepkloof Square wanting to amend my payment method of my account around 10:30. None of the staff working there knew how to process my request and was told that only Nomsa could do it and she is not there. There were about 4 people at the till and none of them could do what I had asked for. How is it possible for staff in a shop to not be able to process a payment plan????!!!! This is unprofessional and time consuming to say the least that clearly only 1 person at this Mr Price Branch can amend my account… It’s actually pure disrespect to the customer
