Disregard of client by staff

I went to Mr Price in Adderly Street, Cape Town to purchase a phone yesterday around 17:15 in the afternoon. The shop closes its doors at 18:00 according to their times. When I arrived i went straight to the phone section in hopes to get assisted. I stood for more than five minutes waiting to be assisted. Finally decided to ask for help and was told they were going to call the person who can assist. After waiting about a further 10 minutes to be assisted i managed to speak to a lady by the name of Noluthando and she called the person responsible for the phones. I was told she was coming a couple of minutes later i was told by Noluthando that the person responsible for the phones had already left, meanwhile she was standing not even 5 meters away from me. I felt undermined by the staff and when i queried this no one took note.

The sheer disrespect i received as a potential customer left me in despair and have decided to never go and do any form of shopping from any of the stores.
