Disrecpectful and dishonest service agent

I was told how ke seleng ka teng by a service agent at mr price today because I wanted her to close my plastic and I check to see if the items I wanted were in store first, I walked away and when I returned and inform her that I was not happy and needed the manager she said hao sele o sele I go to the manager and her demeanour has completly changed and she says I didnt hear her jho so ke sele and I am a lair. This is the most disrespectful and dishonest service agent I have ever encountered Moleboheng Goldfields mall welkom
