Dispute on my Mr Price Account

I have been having Mr Price acc from between 2007 / 2008 and I have never ever bought air time on my account that mistake I don't do it. During the month of August 2019 when I checked my account statement on my email I realize that I have a balance of R393.98 I called the head office regarding the matter because I know that I did not owe them then, and they asked me to go to the police and do the affidavit I did as requested. Today 31/10/2019 I received an email from Zama Nyuswa stating that " Please not we cannot reverse all airtime purchases as all request were done via your cell #" she stated my cell no. even if they can go to Vodacom and do itemize billing for my cell no. I have never bought an air time using Mr Price account. I f Mr price can not reach their target they must never lie saying that I bought air time. Even on their statement it doesn't show which store was used to buy that air time, of which suspect this dispute was an inside job, by one of their employees I am hurt and I just WANT TO CLOSE THAT ACCOUNT I AM DONE with Mr Price.
