Dispicable service

<p>I was at Mr Price in the Waterfront on Sunday evening and they had a promotion on mens jeans, buy1 get 1 free. I chose 2 pairs of jeans and confirmed with the sales consultant on the floor that the 2 i chose was part of the deal anc confirmed it was. i then went to the till to pay and the cashier said it was marked down and not part and called the manager. he came and scanned the jeans and agreed with the cashier. i then showed him where the jeans was placed and he acknowleged it was there but it was not part of the promotion, it was fully stacked and the sales consultatnt agreed that he informed me about the offer and advised the jeans was placed there.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am a frequent shopper with Mr Price and was very appauled by the service and the manager was very ****y with his comment by saying there is nothing he can do to change the price.</p> <p> </p> <p>I took the jeans but was very unhappy!</p>
