Disinterested customer service - actually zero customer care !!!

I have attempted to contact Mr Price Home, Design Quarter, Northgate and Carlswald for the past hour and nobody answers the calls. After listening to the phone ring for 5-8 minutes, the call then gets terminated. When I call back the line is engaged for a few minutes and then the same pattern follows once I get through. I eventually got hold of the Fourways Mall branch, got passed onto someone else and am still waiting for him to call me back about a stock item I was enquiring about.

Not good customer service at all Mr P!!! :-(
