disgustingly poor customer service

A women, in Mr Price Clothing, fell in front of us because there was no sign that indicated wet floor. Once we complained about there being no sign, the cashiers (Nomonde, in particular) were giving us attitude and speaking in her language while we were speaking. She back chatted us and laughed while we were speaking to her. Her excuse was that she wasn't speaking about us yet she was clever enough to repeat certain words in English. We were totally appalled by her behaviour and left the shop immediately without purchasing anything. She still had the audacity to not apologise to us. The lack of interest and boredom expressed by the store manager was even more disappointing, knowing that absolutely no form of discipline will be implemented after we left.
