Disgusting underwear

I purchased underwear from mr price Woodmead. Firstly the underwear/sleepwear dept was a total mess! I could not locate sizes as there were open packs of underwear and all the incorrect sizes in the wrong packs. Secondly, there were store attendances standing with arms folded instead of tidying up the mess in the store. After finally finding a sealed pack of underwear, I purchased them. The quality was atrocious!! The bikini panties afTer one wash had opened at the seams, some of them even had holes in the material!!! The thong pack I bought was in fact wrong sizes in the pack so I could use it. I want a full cash back for these goods which are of terrible quality. Someone needs to sort out the store layout and take responsibility for the very bad underwear/sleepwear side.
