Disgusting Service westwood and call centre

I went to the westwood store to return a pair of kids slippers for my sister. They didn't have the size I needed so I asked to be refunded to purchase them at another store. I had original proof of purchase but was unable to get a refund due to me not have the card it was purchased with! The manager of the store said its procedure. I call customer service wait on the line for 10 minutes, finally speak to someone who puts me in hold for another 5 min thereafter comes back telling me he's transferring me before I could say anything else I was back in the que as if we have nothing better to do! Disgusting service!
