DISGUSTING SERVICE RE A VOUCHER THAT I CANT EVEN USE

Mr Price sent me a voucher that does not work at all, I have been arguing with Clancy Chetty for over a week now, she keeps saying they credited my account with the voucher but it is not showing on my credit, showing her screenshots and all the proof but she is just not interested in assisting, keeps saying they have given me the voucher, why does Mr Price even bother giving us vouchers if one cant even use it and when you try to solve it with them they keep insisting that it is showing when I am showing them my account that it is not, really disgusting service, they keep insisting that they have credited it but what use is this for me if I cant use it or see it
