DISGUSTING SERVICE – ORDER NOT DELIVERED!

I am furious with Mr Price’s shocking online service. My order *** was supposed to be delivered on 6 February, and today is 9 February STILL stuck on “shipped” with no movement whatsoever.

I went to Dawn Park store on the 7th the order still not there and they said it always happens . Only If I knew I will be disappointed . This is absolutely unacceptable. No updates, no communication, nothing! I am travelling on Friday, and this delay is now causing major inconvenience that Mr Price clearly does not care about. How does a so called reputable brand fail to deliver a simple order on time? I want answers: Where is my order, why hasn’t it moved, and how will it reach me before Friday? Sort this out immediately. This is beyond disappointing it’s pathetic service. MY NUMBER ***
