Disgusting service of Mr price

I bought a pair of sandal wedges from mr price at mall of the south end of August 2024 and mid September 2024 they broke,just the 1 shoe. I went to Mr price in waterfall mall midrand and gezina galleries pretoria to ask them to please help because no pair of shoes should last such a short period of time and I was told to go back to where I bought it from ,not explaining that after 31 days nothing can happen in regards to returns.

So I decided to email them as mall of the south is quite far from where I live.

The lady who responded to my email without any questions or call said no returns after 31 days.

I am disgusted firstly with the service and Secondly I am disappointed with the quality of the purchased goods ,the fact that u won't even take the shoes to investigate what could have happened or even apologize for the shoes lasting less than a month or even as little as getting someone to call is beyond me

Mr price has gone to the dogs and I've been a loyal customer for a while now ,I dont think I'll ever step foot in another Mr price store ever again

Next time I'll pay extra and rather get quality instead of paying for a shoe that lasts less than a month
