Disgusting service Mr Price
I placed an order on the 7th of October 2024 for a dress, and it was supposed to have been delivered on the 14th October for the latest. I have called in numerous times, all they keep saying is that they will do a follow up with the courier. No communication from them at all. Disgusting service i have ever come across from a retailer. They took credit off my account for which i must pay yet i never received any dress!!!
