Disgusting service from security guard

<p>I am very disgusted with the service of Thembalani Mashindi a security guard at MRP Southgate...</p> <p>Today when my mother and I went to exchange an item, this rude security lady firstly didn't greet us and rudely tapped my mother on the shoulder and rudely told her to hold her pen while she gets a plastic bag to put the item being exchanged in the packet... </p> <p>Never in my life have I seen so much disrespect from an employee at MRP then the one I saw today... </p> <p>There was no need for the lady to be so rude as to tap my moms shoulder with the pen and tell her NOT ask her but tell her hold my pen... </p> <p>This is utter nonsense and the fact that the store supervisor Fikile found it amusing and still had the audacity to try and protect this woman... MRP if this is how your security guards treat customers then your customer service is more concerning than I thought... sort this out and train your security staff... </p>
