Disgusting service from Retrenchment department

I have since reported my retrenchment and all the documents they required 6 x and I still get and SMS to submit documents I have called the number on the SMS 7 x and no one seem to take the time to call me, there is so much unprofessionalism when it comes to this department its over 8 moths since i've submitted documents and I have to run around Mr price Insurance to get help I am disgusted to say the list, they do not take their customers seriously. I even livid by the fact they have the audacity to keep sending me that SMS when no one in that department can have an Aha moment to say hang on lets try calling the customer but when you owe them or have missed a payment they know how to call you religiously and constantly calling you.
