Disgusting service from MRP online service

I have had it with lies from mRP regarding my refund requests. I purchased online, called in numerous times, emailed, Facebook messenger even this platform of Hellopeter but no joy. These people have no shame. They took my money and refused to refund. I have been told that the payment has been processed almost 2 weeks ago. Consultants are trained just to say a certain amount t of words and that's where it stops. I need my refund urgently, I've emailed everything as per request from the robot consultant and thereafter no feedbac****!
