Disgusting service

Customer service agent: Audit, *** Your Customer service is so bad if I could give -10 I would. I placed an order on the 06 December and after waiting until the 18th I decided to find out what is happening, only to be told the order doesn't exist. I have sent several emails and contacted your call center on numerous occasions only to ne told they would get back to me. It's now the 04th of January and not only have you NOT processed my refund your agent Dudi, who assured me she would get back to me in 24 hours, has not bothered to cone back to me either. I van see from the comments that I am certainly not the only person you have done this to, so what you are actually doing is taking people's money, not delivering the goods and in turn you are earning interest on money that doesn't belong to you. I'm very sure the consumer protection commission would love to investigate this.
