DISGUSTING SERVICE, DONT ANSWER CALLS OR CALL BACK.

For 2 weeks now i have been calling Mr price, i stay on hold for over an hour and my calls do not get answered. when you are on hold they give you an option for them to call back, so you add your number and they call you back. you cannot tell me for 2 weeks there has been no agent free??? REALLY!!! 2 weeks and no one has called back. i have even filled in the form online for them to call me back. 6 FORMS IV FILLED IN AND NO ONE PERSON CALLED ME BACK. THAT IS DISGRACEFUL SERVICE I MUST SAY. All i want to do is change my cell number on my account so i can buy airtime. what the hell MR PRICe???
