disgusting service at birch acres mall Mr Price

<p>I went to Mr price birch acres mall to pay my account. I was in the queue for at least 20 minutes. There were only 2 consultants assisting one of whom was chewing gum as if it's the end of the world. The manager was right there busy with God knows what and could not careless about a growing queue and slow cashier's. I was unfortunately assisted by the one who was chewing gum .We always get this kind service from this store because they think people who stay in the township are less important than those who live in the cities. It is absolutely not acceptable. Those people need urgent training on customer service and should stop taking people for granted. How on earth do you chew gum while assisting a customer, it's appauling. My account was paid around 17:50 last 4 digits of my account 0322. It is highly not acceptable.</p>
