Disgusting service - as usual.

<p>I recently bought some stuff online and decided to have it delivered to the Kenilworth Centre branch. I decided to collect it yesterday. I go into the shop, and show the lady available my proof of purchase. She turns around and says "I hate this online shopping." She has quite a few packets that she has to look through. She continues to say "Now I must look through all these the packets for one person." She then bends and shuffles through all these packets, and finds mine - she then proceeds to lift up my parcel and show it to her colleague in this mocking kind of way. (I ordered socks, so the package was thin.) Mind you, all of this was done right in front of me and my sister. I asked my sister if she heard what this lady said and she said yes. I was very disgusted at this behaviour and I walked right out. Why does this lady work in retail if she hates it so much??? Employees like that should be fired. Why do ALLLLLLL Mr Price employees act as if they are doing us (the customer) a favour???? ***. Also the previous time my items were given to me, from online shopping, they were OPENED, and items of a set were taken out, and the package was sealed with sellotape. Mr Price, wow, you're like on a whole new level of pathetic. </p>
