Disgusting service and terrible customer response

I opened a Mr price account, got harassed to take out a policy. I called to cancel the next day and I received confirmation it will be cancelled. Fast forward a week or two I received my statement only for that same policy to be added onto my account as if it's a purchase. The same policy that was supposed to be cancelled is no on my statement. No one answered all my calls and emails but they can harass you to take out policies but completely disappear when you need to cancel. To make matters worse they list my installments including the cancelled policy- MAKE IT MAKE SENSE HONESTLY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! The worse thing is that if you are not to pay your account they will list you for it as a bad payer.

Mr price should be ashamed of the way they do things,this is disgusting service and unnecessary stress. I Honestly want to cancel my account and have nothing to do with them.
