Disgusting Service and my credit history is ruined
I've been made a joke, time and time again by the entire Mr Price Group. I'm disgusted by their treatment towards me. I logged a credit insurance claim back in 2020 when I got retrenched due to COVID, I sent all the documents that were asked of me, 3 years later I am being called by debt collectors because Mr Price did not register the claim at all. While I am trying to resolve this, they keep resolving my tickets without even attending to the matter.

Before anyone calls me, go through the entire thread with customer service, accounts and claims department.
Silindile Nzuza is one of the agents that treated me like a full, resolving my tickets every damn hour but not attending or responding to me.
The agents were probably sitting over popcorn and laughing about the matter.
I am disgusted.
