Disgusting Service and Horrible Security

The Standards at Mr Price in Cresta Is absolutely appalling. I went two weeks ago and I asked for assistance in searching for a Pair of socks as a Christmas gift, the one lady at the back tills (granted these aren't being used for sales at the moment but are still on) told me I had to go stand in line as she couldn't check on those computers even though they were on, the line as you can imagine was extremely long. After this when I eventually was assisted I was told they could order and deliver the socks from another store, it's been two weeks and I still have received no feedback at all. The. Today when I went I had my slip stamped and I didn't want a packet so I put my small stuff in my handbag, at the security I said it's in my bag and I would show them, the security lady then proceeds to stick her hand into my handbag and starts removing everything even though I said I would show them what I bought.

Overall a horrible place to shop and they will not be seeing any more of me.
