Disgusting service and customer care

Mr Price, specifically Mr Price Clothing at Rosebank, has some of the most disrespectful, disinterested, rude, and impolite people I have ever met.

They speak and look at you with nothing but disgust and annoyance when you ask for assistance. I went in there yesterday 12/07/2025 to collect a package, when opening my package I saw that the top I had ordered was missing several buttons and was dirty. I called the store to ask them if I could come in the following day to return it and whether I needed to take pictures of the shirt which is when a very rude lady answered the phone. She was extremely unhelpful and you could tell by the tone of her voice that she had no interest in what I had to say.

I am so disgusted at the fact that humans can treat each other like this. The sad thing is that this has happened on numerous occasions where the employees have left not only myself, but also my brother feeling hurt by their actions. I’ve even had a lady shout at me for trying on a jacket on the store and not in the change room - she could’ve just politely told me to go to the change room but instead she said “change rooms are used for changing so take the jacket and go change there”.

I am truly appalled and if anybody has the managers number for Mister Price Rosebank I would please love if it could be shared as I would like to speak to them.
