Disgusting service

On the 04/03 I placed an order and 11/03 was told my order is delivered. I called MrP immediately and was advised that the couriers could not get hold of me and order was returned, which is nonsense since I didn't have any missed calls. Anyway the lady called me back later and advised that the couriers will deliver again in a day 0r 2 as the order was not unpacked at the warehouse. I called MrP on the 13th and was advised order is out for delivery, I called MrP on the 15th was advised the couriers have picked up the order and will be delivered next day the 16th. Called MrP on the 17th, was put on hold and my call was cut. Called again on the 20th was advised they will call me back after after speaking to the couriers until now no call. Called again today 23/03 was put on hold for 15 minutes and my call dropped. No one has the decency to call back. To say I'm disgusted with the bad service is an understatement, I'm using my cellphone to call everytime and to be put on hold and cut off and being **** to over and over again. I'm beyond upset now, I need my money back or my order now. MrP better call me back
