Disgusting service

So disgusted with Mr price, I have an account with them and I always make my payments online. On the 30th of April I made my monthly payment as per usual, a few days pass and I get an SMS reminder form them to make payment. I call them and tell the payment is made, they tell me no payment is made I should send them POP but to avoid my account being in arrears I should pay again and then ask for a refund later. I made the payment again at a store, when following up on my refund I found out that they have passed my account to DCM which is so disgusting since this issue was their fault, and it took them a whole month to refund me my money and a lot of following up on my side. I regret the day I opened an account with Mr price they are so *********** and careless.
