Disgusting service
I am absolutely disgusted by the service provided with your online purchase platform. I have ordered items in the 15th and still haven't received it. I have sent numerous emails, made calls and even used your what's app platform regarding the status and this has been so unprofessional and unhelpful. I made it my duty to contact the courier service in use DAWN WING and they told me my package is laying on the floor in JHB, a guy name Jack from the courier service in PE told me they cant do anything about it...
