Disgusting service.

I ordered through Mr Price as I usually do. This time my order was not delivered. I have emailed customer care, got no response. I messaged them on FB, got no response. I called customer care only to have the order escalated and still not get a response. I called customer care several more times only to be cut off and left on hold for over 30mins. I contacted the courier whose tracking kept saying recipient unreachable which is not true. I then spoke to Karen at RAM courier who said that on her system it shows that the courier didn't have time to deliver and sent it back to Mr price. My app now shows delivered even though I STILL DONT HAVE MY ORDER AND HAVENT BEEN CREDITED FOR IT. STILL NO RESPONSE FROM RAM OR MR PRICE.
