Disgusting Service.

I went to Mr Price Kwaggafontein Mall to payment n I somehow forgot my account card. I walk in n was assisted by a dark skinny tall guy who just didn't show any interest in helping me n didn't have a name badge . I greet him n advice that I forgot my card n would like to make payment, he just said we don't take ID anymore for payment I ask him why is that he just said nje n left n called someone n when he came back he called for the next customer without even saying anything. The sad thing the was another short dark skinny gentleman who was also behind the counter who's also a stuff member. He was talking to a client about how working with ppl is annoying cause they come with an attitude n I realize that this conversation is about me. I stood there listening to him making all this disgusting comments while the other 1 busy calling next customer. So I decided to walk away cause really I felt humiliated n ignored an I'm a customer who only needed to pay. At least they should have advised me on what must I do to pay cause since I didn't have my card. I'm really disappointed n very angry cause yest3was the only day for to be able to make payment since I work far from malls.
